Thank you for posting this. I have been thinking about making snow cream. This was a special treat my grandfather and I did when I was small. Do you heat the egg and milk first?
I didn’t and I know people would say don’t eat raw eggs, but I’m not too worried with the eggs in the USA. Plus, I’ll take the risk for how delicious the egg makes it! It’s more custardy. I’m so sad now that all of our snow has melted so you’ll have to eat some for me!
