You know the kind where something has to be done stat!? That’s where I found myself this week.
I sent her a text Sunday night to see just how she was feeling. She was growing rather impatient since they were yearning for him to be here already and he was not complying. I offered to come down and give him a stern talking to. Guess he did not want to deal with me because fast-forward 7 hours later and he decided he was ready. So, I jumped in my car Tuesday morning to head to Tennessee and way overstay my welcome as we all oooed and ahhhed over his rather unusual new, newborn gorgeousness.

This is his way of saying, “Hey you, with the camera. I like it. Keep it coming for my entire life. Thank you.” (wink, wink*)

Oh, little guy …. I love you and your parents so much. I so look forward to watching you grow big and old, compassionate and bold, kind and honest, and full of personality. With your set of genes you are undoubtedly going to be a difference maker.
