There’s something so fun about visualizing how you want to decorate a room and then seeing the finished product look better then it did in your head. That’s how my new office has turned out. I LOVE the purple walls, white furniture & green accents (that was my decor list). And, it is so nice to have some space to do business. I work so much more diligently & efficiently. Thank you, Mom, for all your help. This room would still only be 1/2 way painted if I was working alone.
Remember before? If not, click here. I’m just happy that my before scary basement has become quite a nice & cozy little hang out.

This wall display is from Pottery Barn, but sold for $50 on Ebay. It came silver, but I thought black would look better so I took a $3 bottle of spray paint to it. The pictures are all mounted on 1/4″ foamboard which is cheaper then buying a whole slew of 11×14″ frames.
Everything (and I mean everything…desk, chair, bins, frames, etc, etc.) in this room is from Ikea. That place is a gift from above.
{Using a stapler, I hung my storyboard with a white ribbon}
After I picked out the 3 pictures for the large wall frames, I loved them so much I added them to my splash page on my website. See here.

The writing on the wall is my slogan. I had the sticker custom made for nothing from this awesome little Etsy shop: Elephannie. She has some awesome stuff! {Did you notice the bird to the right of the window on the pic above?? Love it.}
A picture of my bathroom. Boring to you, not to me. This basement bathroom had little to make you wanna shower in it when we first bought our house. I just about gutted it & cleaned it all up last year when some of our favorite friends came to stay with us for a month.
And, here’s what the office would look like if you were a fish.
