Yummy Sun!

Obtaining sunflare in photos is just one more way to make your photos more artistic! For this shoot the sun was SO BRIGHT! I had to make the most of it and what better way than gorgeous sun/starflare!
For this shot I sat on the ground and had the family walk toward me. Just as the sun was partially hidden behind his arm I snapped away. In order to get the sunflare to have that yummy star shape I made sure to narrow up my aperture a ton (for a more round’ish sunflare use a wide open aperture).
