It was just weeks before her due date. Two itty bitty babies silently swimming in her stomach. Their home was quiet and clean and in evident readiness for what was about to happen. I loved being invited in to document the last few days of life with just the two of them (and, their sweet weimaraner). I can only imagine what their house looks and feels like now (since the babies have for sure been delivered). The house has inevitably gotten quite a bit smaller with the love and sense of family that has doubled in size.
Mama-to-be was super fun and adventurous and even agreed to my request to do some maternity shots in the tub. I’ll save those for only the eyes she wishes to see, but I do want to publicly say: A, thank you for being so fun (and easy) to photograph. You, too R! I look forward to photographing your growing family.
